The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has directed all Cellular Mobile Operators (CMOs) to provide consumers with easy access to information regarding their subscribed Value Added Services (VAS).
Subscribers can now view and deactivate unwanted VAS subscriptions through the following USSD codes: Jazz: *6611# Telenor: *4444# Zong: *6611# Ufone: *6869#.
This initiative aimed to enhance transparency, strengthen consumer rights, and help subscribers avoid unnecessary charges by regularly reviewing their active VAS subscriptions.
