The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has identified another illegal trading platform operating under the name “IGIL Securities”.
The platform, “IGIL Securities”, is being promoted through social media and WhatsApp Groups, falsely claiming to be a legitimate company. They promise substantial returns on trading in the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) and international stock markets.
This promotion has raised alarms, prompting the SECP to issue a public warning against engaging with this fraudulent entity.
The general public is hereby informed that “IGIL Securities” is neither registered nor licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) to operate any platform for trading shares on the Pakistan Stock Exchange or international stock exchanges.
Engaging with this entity poses significant financial risks, as it does not comply with the necessary regulatory standards.
